The Payton Memorial Education Foundation is honored to announce the presentation of the first annual Joseph Kilshtok Scholarship to Ms. Ana Likhitvorawat. The Payton Memorial Education Foundation is a private foundation offering an annual scholarship to a Hallandale Beach graduating senior matriculating in the health care field. Ms. Likhitvorawat will attend FAMU and will be studying pharmacy.

Dr. Joseph Kilshtok was a practicing dentist in Hallandale, who recently lost his battle with cancer. His practice continues in his honor at 2100 E. Hallandale Beach Blvd. Suite 304.
